Scott Yoder – Senior Pastor

Our Senior Pastor, Scott, is responsible for preaching regularly, giving oversight to our leadership team, prayerfully determining and communicating the vision for ministry at Crossroads, and providing care and counsel for our church family. Scott has been in ministry since 1998 and began at Crossroads in January of 2010. He desires to lead a ministry where we are effectively training disciples of Jesus to make other disciples of Jesus and does this by creating environments for people to:

  1. Engage in a personal love relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

  2. Connect with one another for teaching from God’s Word and for encouragement and strength through relationship.

  3. Intentionally help believers understand how God has equipped them to serve Him and one another.

Scott is passionate about three things: first, his personal relationship with Jesus; second his role as husband and father; and third, helping people learn, live, and give God’s Word. Scott and his wife Kelly have six children, one of whom is married: Reis and Brittan, Hudson, Chapman, Owen, Davis, and Paisley.

Collin Seitz – Pastor of administration and care

Collin is our Senior Associate Pastor. He oversees staff organization and oversight, property issues, church finances, human resources issues and pastoral care and shepherding as assigned by the senior pastor. Collin has served Christ in many roles since August of 1976 and served as a youth pastor then as a senior pastor for 37 years before joining the Crossroads team in August 2013. His vision is to advance our church’s mission by relieving the senior pastor of the administrative responsibilities that often take away from his core roles.

Collin hopes to help others come to love and serve Christ, enter into active participation in the life and ministries at Crossroads, and find their place of joyful service for Christ.

Collin and his wife, Gloria, have four children, three of whom are married: Andrew and Jennifer (Seitz) Gregar, Ryan and Charissa (Seitz) Stegink, Dan and Natalie Seitz, and Stephanie Seitz. He is the grateful recipient of God's grace and kindness made real in the love of a wonderful believing wife and family - including seven grandchildren.
